As a baby Chupacabra was a nearly patternless red with a few phantom (grayish green) dalmatian spots characteristic of many high-end red cresteds. Now he has turned a brighter, more orange red just like his mother. He should breed soon--even now--depending on how easy your female is. Despite his name, this sweet little charmer is a delight to handle.
